Bruce D. Smith oversees the firm’s integrated leadership services alongside Christopher J. Jones, ChFC®, CLU®. In his role, Bruce partners directly with credit unions to design and implement Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that are durable, compliant, and built to perform over the long term. With more than four decades of financial services experience, he combines deep technical expertise in plan design with a client-first approach, ensuring that executives and boards can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Since 2014, Bruce and his team have implemented more than 200 split-dollar SERPs for credit unions and nonprofits, all of which are on track or exceeding their original performance projections. That track record began under a different name and continues today as PARC Street Group, where Bruce leads one of the most experienced executive benefits teams in the industry. His earlier career also includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Answers.com, a successful digital media company, as well as senior roles in investment management, venture capital, and financial analysis at leading firms. In these positions, he developed a master-level understanding of market dynamics, risk assessment, and complex financial modeling—expertise that now enables him to help clients navigate every nuance of executive benefits with transparency and foresight.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, magna cum laude, from Baruch College of the City University of New York, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA). His insights have been featured on CNBC and 60 Minutes and quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and other leading publications. Based in Syosset, New York, Bruce values time with his wife, four children, and five grandchildren and remains committed to both professional excellence and personal balance.
