Kirk Kordeleski, Executive Benefits Consultant & Partner, works with credit unions to design Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that are durable, customized, and aligned with the unique needs of executive teams. Drawing on his background as a former credit union CEO, Kirk brings a client’s perspective to every engagement, helping boards and executives build benefit solutions that truly support leadership retention and succession planning. With more than 40 years of experience in the credit union industry, he combines firsthand leadership knowledge with technical expertise to deliver results that strengthen institutions for the long term.

Kirk is best known for his 15-year tenure as CEO of Bethpage Federal Credit Union, one of the nation’s largest credit unions, where he oversaw remarkable growth in both membership and assets while driving innovation in member service. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and IT at Bethpage, and earlier as Vice President at Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union. His career also extends beyond traditional credit union leadership, with contributions as a co-founder of multiple firms focused on credit union strategy and digital transformation. Today, in addition to his role at PARC Street Group, he continues to shape the industry through advisory and board positions with fintech startups, as well as through his active commitment to mentoring the next generation of credit union executives.

A recognized leader both professionally and in his community, Kirk has held leadership roles with Long Island’s foremost business association as well as the United Way. His career reflects a consistent commitment to pairing executive excellence with meaningful service—qualities that continue to define his work with PARC Street Group and the clients he serves.
