Jason Berman

Jason Berman, Executive Benefits Consultant, partners with credit unions to design Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that are durable, compliant, and tailored to support leadership retention and recruitment. With nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is known for his responsive, relationship-driven approach. Jason has built a reputation for listening closely to client needs, providing trusted guidance, and delivering solutions that strengthen executive teams.

Before joining PARC Street Group, Jason spent more than a decade as Regional Vice President of the Western Region for a national consulting firm specializing in vendor strategy and growth for financial institutions. He previously worked with another consulting organization, as well as Harland Clarke, where he partnered with credit unions and banks on executive-focused services. Across these roles, Jason demonstrated his ability to build lasting client relationships and drive measurable results, including expanding his prior firm’s client base by nearly 200 new accounts.

Jason and his wife divide their time between Washington State and Vancouver Island, British Columbia. They enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and supporting their four sons, three of whom also work in the credit union industry at Tyfone, Alloya Corporate Credit Union, and PARC Street Group.
