Jake Berman, Associate Benefits Consultant, partners with senior consultants at PARC Street Group to design and implement Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that help credit unions retain and reward their leaders. He specializes in analyzing client needs and supporting the development of tailored strategies that align with each institution’s objectives. Known for his responsiveness and dedication, Jake combines technical knowledge with a client-focused approach to ensure every solution is clear, practical, and built to perform.
Prior to joining PARC Street Group, Jake gained hands-on experience in the credit union industry, where he developed a strong foundation in financial services and client relationship management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington State University, where he built his expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the credit union industry, Jake has been passionate about financial services and executive benefits from an early age, bringing both perspective and commitment to his work with clients.
Jake resides in Washington State, where he enjoys playing golf, exploring nature, and spending time with friends and family. Jake has three brothers, one an identical twin, and two who are also in the financial industry.
