Nicole LaCorte, Vice President of Client Experience & Administration, leads PARC Street Group’s client services operations and co-heads the firm’s underwriting process. She serves as the primary point of contact for credit unions, ensuring seamless communication and rapid response to client needs. In addition to managing the administrative team and overseeing office operations, Nicole supports Bruce Smith with the day-to-day activities of PARC’s Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP) service line, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Since 2015, Nicole has been integral to delivering durable plan performance under what is now PARC Street Group, where she built expertise in client relations, underwriting, and plan servicing. She manages every stage of plan administration, from implementation and onboarding through ongoing maintenance. Her depth of knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that clients receive both strategic guidance and meticulous execution at every step of the process.
Nicole resides on Long Island, New York, where she enjoys life with her son and dog.
