Emily Barrows, Vice President of Design & Plan Administration, partners with credit unions and executives to design and manage Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that are durable, compliant, and aligned with each credit union’s long-term organizational goals. She serves as a key resource for clients by overseeing plan design and legal coordination. Emily also manages ongoing plan servicing, including annual reviews, assisting with retirement benefit distributions, and ensuring clients receive responsive, knowledgeable support at every stage of their plan.
With 25 years in the life insurance industry and more than a decade of focused experience in the credit union SERP space, Emily has built her career on fostering long-term client relationships and helping executives gain clarity and confidence in how their SERP will fit into their overall retirement plan. Since joining PARC Street Group in August 2023, she has applied her expertise in client relationship management and problem-solving to deliver exceptional client service. With an empathetic, relationship-driven approach, Emily has guided hundreds of credit union executives in fully understanding and maximizing the benefits of their SERPs.
Emily resides in Springfield, Massachusetts, with her two children.
