Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith, Client Service & Case Design Specialist, supports PARC Street Group’s Executive Benefits team by developing the financial models and plan designs that power Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs). He works closely with consultants and leadership to build analyses, projections, and reporting that help credit union executives and boards clearly understand how their plans are structured and how they are expected to perform over time.

Andrew brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and plan design, with experience supporting SERP modeling, reporting, and client service. Since joining the team in 2020, he has contributed to PARC’s continued track record of delivering results. In his current role, he builds plan illustrations, prepares quarterly and annual reporting, and supports ongoing plan maintenance, ensuring accuracy and clarity across every stage of the client experience. His work plays a critical role in helping clients make informed, confident decisions.

Andrew is based in New York, where he continues to develop his expertise in executive benefits and financial modeling.
