Bianca Rodas

Bianca Rodas is the Chief Operating & Marketing Officer at PARC Street Group, where she partners with the co-founders to shape firmwide strategy and ensure operational excellence. She leads marketing, brand development, and go-to-market initiatives while overseeing key priorities such as operational efficiency, technology innovation, and AI adoption.

Recognized for her ability to balance creativity with disciplined execution, Bianca works closely with division heads to strengthen both the firm’s public presence and its internal performance. Guided by a servant-leadership philosophy, she is committed to mentoring employees and fostering an environment where teams can thrive and grow alongside the firm.

Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in dramatic arts from the University of California, Irvine. She lives in Lisbon, Portugal, with her husband and their dog, Bubba, fulfilling her dream of building a global perspective by living abroad.
