Tabassum Nagpurwala, Executive Recruiter, supports PARC Street Group’s Executive Recruiting division by working alongside the Senior Executive Search Consultants to execute searches for banks and credit unions nationwide. She leads research and sourcing, builds candidate pipelines, and manages search logistics and deliverables to keep each engagement moving with clarity and momentum. Tabassum brings a consultative, data-driven approach that helps clients stay informed and confident throughout the search process.

With more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, Tabassum has supported both high-volume and executive-level hiring across financial services, technology, and corporate functions. Prior to joining PARC Street Group, she held senior sourcing and executive talent roles at a global financial institution and an international executive search firm, where she developed targeted recruitment strategies, strengthened offer acceptance outcomes through market and compensation analysis, and embedded inclusive hiring practices into the search process. Her ability to pair strong sourcing discipline with market insight helps deliver high-quality pipelines for leadership roles.

Tabassum earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in statistics from California State University, East Bay. She resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Outside of work, she likes spending time with friends and family, reading, volunteering, and kickboxing.
