Alan Dick

Alan Dick, Consultant, supports PARC Street Group’s compensation consulting team by bringing deep expertise in total executive compensation, with a focus on executive retirement benefits. He helps strengthen our work with credit union boards, CEOs, and compensation committees by providing clear, independent perspective on complex decisions.

Alan brings decades of experience advising organizations on benefits and retirement strategy. He previously led Cardwell Consulting, where his work was rooted in objective analysis. Because Cardwell never sold products or accepted commissions, clients often relied on Alan as an unbiased resource when evaluating solutions proposed by other vendors. When PARC expanded its Compensation Consulting services, the firm acquired the intellectual capital of Cardwell Consulting, and Alan entered into a long-term consulting agreement with PARC, ensuring clients continue to benefit from the same trusted expertise, now supported by PARC’s broader platform.

Alan is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Washington.
