Alex Rosen, Compensation Analyst, works with PARC Street Group’s compensation consulting team to help credit union executives and boards make informed, confident compensation decisions. He specializes in analyzing market data and benchmarking executive compensation, helping ensure the team’s guidance is grounded in accurate, relevant information that reflects each institution’s needs.
Alex brings a decade of experience in data analysis, research, and information management, including collaborating with executives and board members on internal projects. His analytical background and attention to detail support PARC’s commitment to providing reliable compensation insights that help clients make thoughtful, competitive pay decisions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys creative writing, video games, and anime. He is also a published fantasy author, having released his debut series, Immortalized Memories of the Omniverse.
