Michelle Davis, Executive Search Consultant & Partner, leads the Executive Recruiting division at PARC Street Group. She partners with community financial institutions nationwide to identify and place senior leaders who align with institutional strategy, culture, and long-term goals. Michelle is recognized for her consultative approach, working closely with boards and executives to build leadership teams that drive both financial performance and community impact.

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services and executive search, Michelle has built a strong reputation for leading senior-level searches across the country. She spent nearly a decade with a national retained executive search firm, where she helped build the financial services practice and advised C-level executives on critical hiring decisions. Her career also includes client development leadership at a global advisory firm, where she deepened relationships with financial institutions and expanded service delivery. Michelle’s ability to align client needs with tailored search strategies has resulted in the successful placement of hundreds of senior leaders within banks and credit unions nationwide.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. A California native, she now lives in the Sacramento region.
