Tammy O’Hara, CCUE, AAI, CCD, CIE, CLU®, Executive Benefits Consultant & Partner, works with credit unions to design Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that attract and retain high-performing leaders. With over 35 years of experience in the credit union and financial services industries, she combines deep institutional knowledge with a client-first approach. Tammy is recognized for delivering innovative executive benefit solutions backed by exceptional service, and she leverages her extensive background in governance, strategy, and leadership development to help credit unions strengthen their executive teams.
Since beginning her career at Fairwinds Credit Union, where she spent more than 16 years and ultimately served as President of Fairwinds Financial Services, LLC, Tammy has held leadership roles across multiple organizations. She served as Vice President of Sales and Member Relations for CUES in the Southeast, where she worked closely with credit union executives and boards on talent development, strategy, and governance. She later spent five years in executive benefits consulting before joining PARC Street Group, where she continues to build durable SERP solutions tailored to the long-term needs of credit unions and their executives. Her career also includes serving as Assistant Vice President for SWBC and founding her own consulting business, further broadening her expertise in credit union strategy and benefits.
Tammy earned a bachelor’s degree in supervision from Purdue University and has achieved multiple industry designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®). She is also a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Certified Credit Union Director (CCD), and Certified Insurance Executive (CIE). Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy enjoys cooking and yoga; she holds a 500-hour certified yoga teacher credential and plans to volunteer her time to senior centers and veterans in retirement
