Tim Strandquist, Executive Benefits Consultant & Partner, works with credit unions nationwide to design and implement Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that help retain and recruit exceptional leadership. With nearly 20 years of experience serving the credit union industry, Tim combines technical benefits expertise with a consultative, client-first approach. He is recognized for delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each institution while maintaining PARC’s standard of transparency and proven performance.

Since beginning his career in 2006, Tim has built a diverse background in executive benefits and recruitment. He first served as an Executive Recruiter with a national financial services search firm, followed by seven years as Vice President of Projects for a credit union consulting firm, where he advised boards and executives on strategies to attract and retain talent. He later joined Bruce Smith and Chris Jones in delivering SERP solutions, gaining five years of specialized experience with executive benefit plan design before helping to establish PARC Street Group. This combination of search, consulting, and benefits expertise allows Tim to guide clients with both strategic perspective and technical precision.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in business and music from North Central University. He resides in The Woodlands with his wife and three sons, where he enjoys golfing, all things Minnesota sports, and spending time with family.
