1Our review process includes running inforce insurance illustrations on an annual basis for each SERP plan. As of today, January 12, 2026, all plans that have been implemented since September 2014 are performing at or better than what was originally illustrated at the time of the implementation. Illustrations are intended to demonstrate how the underlying life insurance policy may perform over time, based on defined assumptions and variables—such as credited dividends—which are subject to change and not guaranteed.
