PARC Street Group has successfully placed Ashot Hareyan as Vice President of Information Technology at Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union (LAPFCU), where he will serve as the organization’s Head of Technology. In this role, Ashot will be a member of the executive team, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the credit union’s technology organization and be responsible for building and executing LAPFCU’s technology roadmap, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing the member experience through technology innovation.
Ashot brings more than a decade of progressive technology leadership experience within the banking industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Enterprise Applications at First Foundation Bank, where he led enterprise applications, automation, integration, and business intelligence initiatives while supporting the institution’s growth from $2 billion to nearly $12 billion in assets. Throughout his career, he has led bank acquisitions, guided cloud modernization efforts, and developed governance frameworks for emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Ashot earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Management from the University of California, Irvine, and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
