PARC Street Group has successfully placed Amanda Connell as Chief Operating Officer at Mission Valley Bank. In this role, Amanda will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and oversee operational departments, including Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Information Technology (IT), and Project Management. She will serve as a key strategic partner in driving operational efficiency, enabling scalable growth, and enhancing the Bank’s overall customer experience.
Amanda brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience across community and regional banks, with deep expertise in operations, compliance, and risk management. Most recently serving as SVP, Director of Operations at a reputable community bank, she has led enterprise-wide operational initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and cross-functional teams supporting long-term growth. Her background includes driving asset growth, implementing technology solutions, and strengthening operational infrastructure; experience that directly supports Mission Valley Bank’s continued growth and operational complexity.
