PARC Street Group has successfully placed Patrick Ignacio as Vice President of Residential Operations at Stanford Federal Credit Union. In this role, Patrick will report to the Chief Lending Officer and oversee all facets of residential mortgage and home equity lending, including origination, underwriting, processing, closing, and servicing. He will lead a 30-person team and play a critical role in driving operational excellence, advancing digital transformation, and enhancing the member lending experience.
Patrick brings more than 25 years of residential lending experience across credit unions and financial services organizations, with deep expertise in operations, sales leadership, and enterprise transformation. Most recently serving as Director of Mortgage Lending at a $3 billion financial institution, he led end-to-end residential lending functions, implemented LOS and POS technologies, and drove significant production growth through workflow optimization and channel diversification. Patrick’s ability to modernize lending platforms, build high-performing teams, and align operations with strategic growth objectives positions him to deliver immediate impact in this role.
